何立基任觀塘民政事務專員

政府宣布，財經事務及庫務局首席助理秘書長（庫務）何立基明日接替林兆康，出任觀塘民政事務專員。

何立基2009年加入政務職系，先後於民政事務總署和前運輸及房屋局工作。
