LAST Friday, as reported by The Edge, in Obata-Ambak Holdings Sdn Bhd v Prema Bonanza Sdn Bhd, the Federal Court ruled that Regulation 11(3) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Regulation (HDR) 1989 applies prospectively in the interest of justice.
