DEPUTY Minister of Unity K. Saraswathy said that the government has not marginalised the Indian community in the country and has devised various initiatives to empower them.

She addressed concerns raised by representatives of Indian community non-governmental organizations (NGOs) during a programme in Kuala Lumpur.
