THE Defence Ministry (Mindef) said it would cooperate with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) until the investigation into the “procurement cartel”, involving construction work worth more than RM9 million at a naval camp in Johor, was completed.

Defence Minister Mohamed Khaled Nordin said he hoped appropriate action could be taken against those involved to serve as a lesson to all parties.
