SUBANG Jaya police chief Wan Azlan Wan Mamat revealed that one of the two men arrested for robbing a woman in front of her house in Jalan Intan Batu 3, Shah Alam, last Saturday was a hardened criminal with 25 previous criminal records.
The incident, which occurred at 6: 30 am, involved four men on two motorcycles accosting the woman, grabbing her necklace, and fleeing.
