POLICE opened fire on a four-wheel drive vehicle after the driver tried to ram them while being pursued in Tumpat, near Kota Baru yesterday.

Kelantan police chief Muhamad Zaki Harun said the General Operations Force’s 7th Battalion detected a 23-year-old local man driving a Nissan Navara in front of the Tumpat Health Clinic at 6.58pm.
