IT system outages that have been reported across the world have also affected flight operations in Malaysia, with carriers flying out of Kuala Lumpur International Airport’s Terminal 2 suffering severe glitches.

This has resulted in long queues and frustrated passengers at KLIA T2. Flights are also being delayed.
